President and Founder
Dave Reese, BA, MRE, DRE, and THD, is the founder and director of Open Bible College International. He began three independent Baptist churches, several Christian day schools and developed a unique Christian day school curriculum. He holds Bible and mission conferences.
Dr. Reese taught in a resident Bible College for over 20 years, as well as serving as a pastor during that time.
Dr. Reese is the Founder-President of an active, worldwide mission agency reaching into remote areas. Funds from the internet correspondence Bible school help support that ministry. Dr. and Mrs. Reese are directly involved on the field and have several years of ministry in the Philippines- starting churches and training nationals.
Statement of Faith
We believe in the verbal-plenary inspiration and preservation of the Scriptures. The King James Bible is God’s Word for the English speaking peoples.
We believe the doctrine of the Trinity of the Godhead. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the Deity, Virgin Birth, bodily resurrection and impeccability of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe in salvation by grace alone: plus nothing, minus nothing.
We believe that every person saved in this present age is baptized by the Holy Spirit into the Body of Christ.
We believe that the rapture is a pre-tribulational rapture of the Body of Christ. We also believe the
coming of the Lord Jesus back to earth is personal and Premillennial.
We believe the ordinances of the local church are baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper.
We practice dispensational Bible study with strong local church and missions emphasis, rightly dividing the word of truth and rejection of the modern tongues movement.
We believe there is eternal conscious damnation for the lost and eternal conscious blessing for the saved.
